Loss of symptoms

Has anybody just felt like their boobs got smaller and they didn't feel pregnant any more? I'm 6-7 weeks and I feel 100 % better than I did and I keep trying to figure out if they shrank or not. Only thing that hasn't changed is I feel nauseous and certain smells bother me and when I stand up I get dizzy. But I am not bleeding so I am not sure. Just wondering if I am the only one.
