Not feeling pregnant anymore. Answers plz

So I'm 11+6 and I don't feel pregnant no more my boobs don't hurt nothing all the signs have went away anyone else have this. The only one I still kinda have is feeling sick all day and hungry that's it. I'm just scared I had a miscarriage before and don't want that to be happen again. Help plz
