Diarrhoea and the pill

On my pill packet it says that if u have SEVERE diarrhoea within the first 3-4 hours of taking the pill it may not have fully been absorbed into the bloodstream. I do not have severe diarrhoea its probly just more of a loose stool but this happened 16 hours after taking my pill. Do u think my pill would have been absorbed ? And has anyone ever gotten pregnant after a similar situation such as mine ? Sorry if tmi!
