Have your partner ever called you "bad names"?

I just found out I'm pregnant after 6 months trying, I'm now in my 6 weeks and me and my partner were having an argument over nothing and mostly I was tense and nervous and I've been moody, so I wasn't really nice but I would never swear at him as I respect him very much. Instead he called me b**** that rymes with witch and I was shocked. Have your partner ever called you that?
Now it's been a full day we haven't spoken to each other or even looked at each other.
Don't know what to do..
Feel very bad though, what should I do?

Are you girls experiencing new and frequent fights with your partner since the discovery of the pregnancy?

Ok so this is going to sound weird, but my husband and I curse each other out every single argument we have. We've been together for 16 years. There isn't a word we haven't called each other. When emotions get the best of you, it just comes out. We're both believers that words are meaningless and actions mean more. So, I know what he says when he's mad isn't meant and the same goes with him. Obviously, when baby comes we will have to keep that in mind to set a good example but I don't really see the big deal. Now I'm sure the comments about my own relationship will soon be forthcoming, but what works for me won't work for others. My advice, tell him that in your eyes he crossed a line and you did not appreciate it. Do this calmly so as to avoid another argument of course. Best of luck.

Since being pregnant after my second triemester was nearly over I started becoming extremely moody, everything makes me irritable and I can't stand some of the little things people do including some of the things my fiancé does. We argue because he doesn't understand that I literally feel as if i have no control over my emotions or what I'm saying and it becomes a big argument. But we still manage to love each other and work things out for each other and out baby boy. It's hard but it's worth it to keep your relationship strong. 90% of the time neither of us mean what we are saying and I feel like that's the same for most couples.

YOU DESERVE BETTER than that. Even if you were acting like a turd, there's better ways to say it. He can suggest you calm down or have some sort of consideration. After all, you're carrying his child inside of you. We're all here to support you. <3

I don't think it's normal to call each other names.. It show you have no mutut respect for each other and it's immature
