3 weeks 1 day late and negative hpt😒

Okay guys so I haven't had a period since feb.15.2015 I'm 3 weeks late and one day so I'm going on my 4th week late!!! I took a hpt at 2 weeks late and it was negative than today this afternoon I took another hpt and still negative! 😢 the only thing I have is that I'm really bloated and iv been having small cravings here and there . What do I do? Am I not pregnant I'm just super late or am I pregnant ? I'm confused any insight from you guys will help has anyone been in my spot and ended up pregnant? HELP😧
