Should I be worried?

So I had my period on the 1st of Feb. Sometime around this month (on the 17th to be exact) I started spotting for 5 days. I thought that it was normal since I started adding intense workouts to my exercise. I am sexually active but my bf and I usually use the pull out method. I took 2 pregnancy tests one on the 29th and one on the 4th of March and both came out negative. Should I be worried that I'm pregnant?
