Uncircumcised

So yesterday was my "friend's" birthday (we're still trying to figure it out but we're good where we are now). I had him over for a little celebration and one thing led to the other; but for the first time, I noticed his foreskin. Let's go back to 2weeks ago; we tried having sex and after a while of foreplay, the dude wasn't getting hard and he couldn't get it in and for some weird reason, I didn't notice the foreskin; yesterday however was a different store and didn't feel any different from a circumcised penis. I know there's nothing to worry about but I want to hear of your stories with uncircumcised guys if you don't mind; how did you handle it? How did you feel?
