Counting Luteal Phase help please :)
Why is this part so darn confusing??? How can I count my luteal phase using glow? Do I count starting from DPO 1 until the last day of my cycle? I am trying to use the "cycle chart" to figure it out. I don't want to use the average because I want to know what it is for each cycle.
