How many ultrasounds?

How many do we get? I got one last week, and I want another one at 12. Is that asking too much?

Last pregnancy... I had two ultrasounds total. First one around 12 weeks to check to confirm due date and development, then another at 20 weeks. Ultrasounds are fun but I hear less is better ;)

Different OBs do things differently but for a typical pregnancy you have an ultrasound around 8, 12 and 20 weeks.

Usually they do around three or four the whole pregnancy unless you're high risk. I'm high risk and have to get them every two weeks.

I got one at 6 weeks and I'm getting one again today at my 9 weeks app and I'm not sure after that it really depends on the doctor or if your high risk you get more..with my first I got two but my hubby was in the military so they only call for one at twenty weeks unless they see something

I get one once every two weeks until the first trimester is over. It's because I'm high risk. But they said otherwise just one for dating, one at twenty weeks, and one at the end.

Depends on your doctor... My first two pregnancies, I just used my normal private practitioner because he also does OB, and I only had one ultrasound the whole pregnancy. This pregnancy I am going to an actual OB, and they scheduled an ultrasound with my very first prenatal appt, so I know there will be at least a few ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy.

I had 2 so far. One @7 weeks and second @9 weeks. 3rd has been scheduled and I will be 12weeks then. I had 2 miscarriages in the past.

I had an ultrasound in the ER Friday measuring at 6 wks 2 days and have a Subchorionic Hemorrhage going to have another on Friday and one weekly due to the hemorrhage and the fact that I'm high risk with diabetes and high blood pressure.
