So this month is my first month trying Opk and Bbt. All Opk have been negative so the app keeps moving my dates out. My periods have been pretty regular. I spot on a Thursday and Friday the third week of every month and start bleeding on a Saturday. I'm wondering if I started the Opk too late and missed my ovulation. Or if I'm just not ovulating this month. My BBT hasn't changed much either to indicate ovulation. But I didn't start that as soon as I should have. I bought the target brand kits. My next purchase will be a different brand brand.
