My partner just got his sperm test results back and they were worse than we were expecting. He only has 4.3 million sperm/millilitre and they only had 32% motility. The nurse told me that the chances of us conceiving without fertility treatments is slim to none. Wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar situation or experience? Were any of you able to TTC without fertility?
