Workouts while pregnant
So we just found out I'm pregnant. Only about 4 weeks so it's really early but I've always been active. Before getting BFP I was trying to get back to running and lose about 10 lbs. what are some good, baby safe work outs I can do? And is it still safe to push myself on my runs?
