Did you experience any drastic change (physical, emotional) after leaving birth control?

I've been on the pill for 6 years now and will be leaving the pill by the end of this year as I want to start working on TTC. I am curious to know what any of you ladies experienced mood or health wise because I've heard horror stories and am a bit panicked about what I'm in for. Please and Thank you!!!

Yes, but in a good day. Overall I feel happier and not as "bipolar". I feel better physically too. I told my husband last night that I love liking sex again! We switched to FAM for our birth control and it was the best choice for us. I understand where I am in my cycle and already have an idea of how my mood is going to be during my cycle. On the pill I was moody and my body was a mess. I was on for nearly 6 years too.

Higher sex drive, more CM, significantly more painful cramps during period and more sever PMS symptoms (sore boobs, moody, bloating).
Pregnancy can't come soon enough. TTC and bad PMS/cramps are not a good combo and makes for many tears every month I don't get a BFP. I will def go back on birth control as soon as I'm able, post partum.

I was an emotional wreck. No other way to put it, for 2-3 months coming off it. Was a nightmare...

Extremely irregular periods, thrush every month before period although this subsided and increased acne. Stopped in august and periods were so irregular I just started back on it last month as I'm not TTC yet.

I haven't get my period back yet (3 and a half month after stopping) :(
