18+6 but thought I was 18+3... Did my due date change??

I went to my Dr today and he said I was 18+6 and I said I thought I was 18+3. He said my due date didn't change from Sept 5th. How can that be??

Babies growth changes throughout pregnancy. My little guy tends to measure a day or two ahead, but my due date has always stayed the same.

babies grow at different rates at first I was 2 weeks behind at my 5 week's ultrasound but by the 12 weeks ultrasound I was ahead by a few days based on lmp my due date didn't change the while time because they can be a few days behind at one scan and a few days infront at another it would only change if you measured 2 week's behind or ahead due to going overdue x
