Does BV ever go away???

I have had what i think is BV (clotted, dry CM, no smell, looks like cheese) for a few months now. What do I do???

That's a yeast infection, not BV.

Honestly it's SOOOO hard to get rid of even once treated with flagyl it can come back I've struggled on and off with it for YEARS it's been about 7 months since I last had it but it usually comes back even when you do cure it. It's extremely annoying

It CAN clear itself. It's due to an imbalance in the pH. Nothing wrong with going in an getting checked and getting a little Metronidazole or Metro gel. Also, you might want to rule out something worse.
