Try plugging your nose and swallowing. This will help open your eustachian tube. If it doesn't go away, go see your doctor.

White vinegar should help a bit. My old boss was pregnant and had a bad infection that she saw a doctor for, and they couldn't give her any meds, but recommended using a q-tip or cotton swab and dropping the vinegar in her affected ear a few times a day. Good luck!
