Laparoscopic surgery next week!
I'm having laparoscopic surgery on the 13th to rule out whether I have endometriosis and remove two ovarian cysts that have caused me misery since January.
What will recovery be like? Will I be in any pain - compared to how I've been feeling? Any recovery tips?
Also, for this next week, I'm not allowed to take any pain medication containing blood thinners. Advil, Aleve, Aspirin, Motrin, all that is out of the question. My period is also due this week on top of the cramping that my cysts are giving me. What can I do to manage this pain?
