I'm 18 and 6 weeks gone, I'm unsure when to tell my parents, do I just get it over with?

Hello, I'd tell them sooner rather than later.. I told my family at 10 weeks I was 19 and just had a miscarriage before that... But I see it like this, wouldn't you want your child to be able to tell you anything? No matter what ..? I hate not telling them things it hurts me and we are no where near a close family.. Opposite actually.

I just turned 18 and found out when I was 17, when I told her it was the same day I found out, the doctor said I was around 9 weeks, I was really 7 weeks, but she was mad for a while, but eventually (fairly quickly) she got over it and was excited . I'm having the first boy of the family so now shes really excited . All my sisters have girls, I have 4 nieces and my one sister is pregnant again, so soon we will see if its another girl or a boy :), tell them as soon as possible, I always figured the faster people knew the faster they would get over it. My friends knew the same day, my boyfriends parents knew the same day and my parents knew the same day :)
