I need help with this body part

Okay so on this body i draw the black lines where it hurts, last night was so uncomfortable to sleep or to walk outside , i still have the pains this morning .

It doesn't seem like a (Heart Attack) Pains.

I'm 19 year's . I was babysitting my 3yr old niece yesterday and she loves to be picked up and playing maybe i pulled something ? It kinda has a burning feeling
