Help me please

This is day 17 of my period and I usually only have them for 5 days. My vagina feels like it's in a constant cramp and I woke up with a tremendous amount of blood everywhere. I'm trying to get out of bed but my body is so tired and exhausted. I'm so scared to go to the doctor because of my financial situation and I'm home alone today.
