I got my period a few days ago and I use pads so when I go to the bathroom, you know, the blood is "out" there. This period, when I go to the bathroom and wipe or even sometimes take off my panties, I've been smelling a metal-ly smell? Like iron (I know there's iron in blood), but it's strong enough that I can smell it without putting it up to my nose. I change my pad pretty frequently and shower frequently. The smell is there even when I wipe so it's not smelling from the "oldness" of the pad or blood... Help?
