Does cervix feel closed if u have had a baby before?

Hi all! I am just curious if the women who check their cervix could help me. I am currently TTC #2 and started checking my cervix last month. Fill my cervix ever feel closed? I never feel like it is all the way closed..and it's like a slit instead of round..anyone clear this up for me? My period was due yesterday but hasn't shown up yet..good luck ladies!! Baby dust✨
