In the last week we've had to put down our dog of 10 years, my grandmother passed away days before her 65th anniversary with my grandfather, and I've had to make the decision to no longer allow my mother to be a part of my life due to her destructive and unsafe life choices. I'm already more emotional than normal, but now I'm totally on edge. How are you dealing with emotions? I'm open to suggestions.
