Am I right or is glow?

I'm on cd 31 of 36. Glow says it's 6 days to af. Shouldnt it be 5 days to af not 6?

Answer

I think it's counting this day and the sixth day but usually the sixth day becomes the first cycle day of your next cycle... Does that make sense ??
