Checking your cm..??

Ok, so I should probably know how to do this but... I don't. How do you check your cm? And what exactly are you checking for?

Just look when you wipe / in your underwear. A lot of people check internally but I don't feel the need to, the evidence comes out on its own lol.

Its the creamy white or stretchy discharge you get. You can see it on your underwear or if you feel the inside of your vagina and see if you see any discharge on your finger! Sounds gross but I guess when you have discharge your ovulating or sometimes happens before your period!
