I am a VERYY fussy eater! I could tell you what I like more then what I don't.
Recently diagnosed with pcos and found out half what I eat I shouldn't.
Textures are a big thing for me and most food it's the texture over taste as why I don't like it.
For fruit and veg I only like sweetcorn, apples grapes raisins and bananas( if sliced)
I don't like fish, and only like chicken, sausage and minced beef
And love my carbs and have a MAJOR sweet tooth.
I find losing weight very difficult as I am so fussy so any advice or recipes would be much appreciated!!
