Sti? Or cyst?? What

I had unprotected sex (STUPID ME) and 30 mins after I got these cramps /uncomfortable feeling in my lower admoninal? And they don't leave. Well hardly ever. Is the is a Sti? What could it be?

Go to the ER or see your  doc asap it probably is a  cyst! I have had one rapture and went straight to  the ER. They can help you determine if its a cyst or something else. And they can give you something for the pain. Hope things get better.
