I am struggling with this big time. I will be 19 weeks on Sunday and my bump is definitely out there yet somehow I toss and turn all night and sleep on all sides at different times. I am normally a tummy sleeper and I am still ok with that with pillows and my pillowtop mattress but I wake up on my back and both sides all night. It's awful. And for the baby question I was told back but my daughter would not sleep on her back. She slept on my chest for the first month and then went to the crib. She could hold her head up really early and she would only sleep on her tummy. She still woke up to eat like normal but she would not sleep on her back
