Can Gatorade count?

So I never use to but now I do.. Find it hard to drink my water that is, I use to drink like a fish. Now I try to drink a lot of water, but I found comfort in Gatorade. Does it count like drinking water? I usually do 32 oz of Gatorade and I drive for 2-3 liters of water out side of that.

Why don't you try infused water? it's a healthier choice than Gatorade which has lots of sugar. All you do is get any mixture of fruit you like chop it up and put it in a container or jug of water let it sit over night. You will have your thirst quenched completely and get your rightful water intake with a natural sweetness to enjoy:)

Gatorade has a lot of sugar. Sometimes more sugar than even soda. Maybe try 3:1 ratio water to 100% Apple juice or something similar.

It counts as a fluid but there's a bunch of stuff in it that you don't need unless you're dehydrated. I think moderation is key.
