so my boyfriend keeps texting this girl  from work I asked him so many times who is it and he lies and say it's a friend from his soccer team .. recently  he bough me a engagement ring and it's gonna propose soon is he doing all that just for me to not say anything or a real love ? I know that it's a girl he keep texting but he just dosent tell me ..im i being paranoid or should I be worried ..im not a jelouse girl I just confuse why he lies about it I check his phone and I know it's a girl I cuZ I see him flirting with her i just haven't told him I know it's a girl any advise on what to do ?

Sit him down and talk to him about it texting is one thing but the guy is lying. That's not okay. Do you want to marry a liar?

If he's lying about it and hiding it then he shouldn't be doing it. It has nothing to do with you being jealous and everything to do with him being disrespectful.

There should be no flirting via text (or otherwise) with anyone, except you of course, if you are in a monogamous & committed relationship. Especially if you are considering marriage.... Put an end to it immediately- or find someone else who will treat you as you deserve to be treated.

You say you aren't jealous but you clearly have some major trust issues in this relationship. You shouldn't be checking his phone behind his back and why do you know he's going to propose and has bought the ring? Just seems strange. I tink he should be honest with you and you need to confront him about it. I wouldn't be getting engaged when there are clearly some major relationship problems.
