Morning Sickness

Can someone give me some advice on how to deal with morning sickness? I'm currently 6 weeks and 3 day pregnant this is my first baby and my morning sickness is absolutely terrible! I vomit in the morning but the nausea never goes away I feel sick all day long till I go to sleep at night just to start all over again the next day! Ugh!! Help! Did any of you other lady's experience this??
