Is soy milk safe?

Hi ladies just curious if soy milk is safe I have been drinking the chocolate silk soy milk because I love it.. I hear controversial things that it is and isn't what's your take on it?

I would avoid all soy products because they are mostly GMO. Fermented soy like tempeh is much better if you have to have it.

I have been told that soy messes with your hormones. I know I don't need anything with that while pregnant! So whether it's true or not I just stay away from soy....

I've been a vegan for 3 years so I've done a lot of research on the soy topic. Whole food soy like edamame, tofu, and soy milk is fine unless you have an allergy or sensitivity to it. It is the soy isolates that are in processed foods that can be harmful and you may want to avoid.  They do have an excellent dark chocolate milk on the market though if you still have any concerns!
