Can anyone get anything out for this please

Tweaking help needed I think I'm going out of my mind tbh been trying for nearly 11 months and been regular and I've taken a test this morning with fmu and nothing I don't think although my partner said he thought he could see something I'm four days late and getting myself so wound up about it all. I'm in docs next week for bloods. I refuse to test again I'm sick of bfn's sorry rant over send us some baby dust ") xxxxx
