My husband and I have been together ten years married 3 and nearly the entire time two of his sisters have been trying to convince everyone we know and even strangers that he's mentally and physically abusive to me! He's never laid a hand on me and he's never been mentally abusive either. They also try to convince everyone that he's sleeping around on me and that he's a crap parent to our toddler. He's an amazing dad!

They've even gone on to try to convince friends of ours that he's a hardcore junkie and that he spends every dollar we have on drugs and alcohol. They even lost us our apt by stealing our rent money multiple times and trashing our apt while we were out of town for a couple months (sent money orders of our rent to them which they received and then swore up and down that my husband who was with me hours away must have snuck back home and stole them)when we were helping them by letting them stay with us after they lost the place they were renting together.

This behavior is insane! We've pretty much cut them out of our lives for obvious reasons but we still get reports from friends and family that they're still doing it. They both have really big issues with men and hate just about every man they meet on principle. One of them is a married lesbian who pulls the men are evil card with every part of her life and and the other is married to a man but super abusive and controlling with him. Now my mother in law is having the same issue with them spreading crap like that about her and her husband! We've pretty much cut them out but now they're trying to ruin their poor mothers relationship and just about every other part of her life.

Sorry for the long rant but I'm just wondering if any of you have had to deal with something similar and if/how it ever got better.
