Can someone please help

So my insurance isnt good till may so doctor may not be optional so i had my period n started a new borthcontrol that is a pill i missed 2 or 3 days and i had sex n started bleeding after and it lasted for 1 1/2 days then spotted off n on and then it sorta stopped but now if i move alot or run i get sorta crampy n spot alittle has this happend to anyone its been about a week now this is happening
