I never get cold sores . I probably had a cold sore once out my whole life . Now alll of sudden i have a small cold sore on my lip . I read on the internet that it be a sign of pregnancy i was wonder is this true . Me and my SO have been trying .

Stress caused the only 2 I've ever had. And TTC can be stressful

I usually get one around my period, but not every month. I have never gotten one while pregnant. Cold sores can emerge for any number of reasons. I wouldn't use itbas a sign, I would take a test.

One cant really be sure until u test. If u have missd ur af then take a test
