Almost 10lbs over weight! Diet pills?!

TTC and I'm currently not happy with my weight! I have gain 10+ pounds in less than a year! I look bad! I need to get back on over the counter diet pills to suppress hunger! But I'm trying to get prego, and I take prenatal pills. What are ur thoughts or experience? Yes or no??

No. I suggest myfitnesspal and a routine of cardio or a workout program. It's amazing how much myfitnesspal pal taught me!! Good luck

Lift weights and record everything you consume using
My fitness pal. . Drink a lot of water, do some yoga and core. Cardio good but weights are bore effective. When using your calorie counter, be completely honest about every liquids
And foid you consume. It doesn't mean restricting , it's just being aware and you can adjust your diet appropriately. It takes time to lose weight and develope a new lifestyle. Fitness is a lifestyle. I gained A LOT. Of weight with my third child, I never thought it would haolen as I've always been on the smaller side. I was over weight after her and thought eyes no way in hell I'll ever be ore pregnancy size again. Well I transitioned and found myself 60lbs lighter and in te body I've never seen before. Be safe, be healthy and work hard everyday. Don't go into it expecting instant results. If you do get pregnant in the meantime, talk to your dr about healthy excercises. Don't fall into the diet pills and cleansing drinks. It's bs and not safe. Best of luck to you! You can do it if you really want it!

Please talk to your doctor before taking otc diet pills. If you situation is really that bad there are prescription pills that can be safe if monitored by a doc. But, general recommendation is not to take them when ttc

Dont take diet pills while ttc. It negates good stuff. Diet and exercise is the best option. Good luck!!
