What to eat to conceive a boy?

I heard there's a baby boy diet? So what foods do you eat in order to conceive a baby boy?

That's a nice thought, but unfortunately it's entirely out of your hands. It is all dependent on whether your SO contributes an X or Y chromosome. So like I said, it's a nice thought but don't get your hopes up that it will work. Sorry to sound so negative.

My aunt was a labor and delivery nurse for 30 years and actually, there is some interesting research out there regarding X sperm and Y sperm and affinity for a certain Ph in the female body.  X sperm prefers an acidic environment and Y prefers a basic.  With the conception of her own children, to get her two boys she douched with baking soda solution and for her girl she douched with Apple cider vinegar.  Worked all three times to get the sex she preferred at the time.

While the literature advises against douching for obvious reasons, you can eat certain foods to alter your ph in your lady bits.

Your partner decides the gender of the baby. The sex DNA is in the sperm. So there is nothing we can do on our part unfortunately.

Apparently consuming more calories in general for a boy.....That's what I read somewhere. Diet like calories for a girl.
