Can i be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex (he did cum inside) last week and started my period today, approximately 7 days after the sex date. Is there anyway I can still be pregnant?

I was reading that I can still be pregnant even if i started my period because it's only been 1 week since the actual sex. I just wanted to knows peoples opinion..
