Finding out gender early??

Question

How are you ladies finding out the gender so early through ultrasound?? I'm 13weeks1day and I'm going to begggggg the ultrasound tech to see if she can take a guess and I hope my stubborn munchkin is in a good position!!!

I had an ultrasound at 12w and the tech guessed that it would be a girl, based on the way the nub looked. I did genetic testing and unknown that at least one is a boy, so hopeful I will get 1 boy, 1 girl but I will have to wait until my next scan at 15w to see what the genitals look like then and see if the tech was right.

I found out at 15 weeks with my first and they were definitely right with her. This tim they told me at 14 weeks and we're having another little girl. 💕

We found out yesterday ours is a baby GIRL! At 12 weeks via US! Super surprised! We didn't ask, it was the first thing he said when he started the US. He said 'oh, wow, I can see everything! I know what it is 100%'
And of course we wanted to know so he told us. :) so thrilled!! It's crazy what they can do now!

They gave me a guess at my 13 week scan but the baby was measuring large meaning I'm closer to 14 weeks.

My doctor only does genetic testing if you're high risk or over the age 35. At my 12-13 week ultrasound they will try and see f they can tell its a boy or girl.

I found out through the genetic testing at 11 weeks that's the only accurate way to find out early the early ultrasounds I wouldn't trust

I'm just waiting until 20 weeks to try and see because I don't want to be told one thing and it end up being the other. This was done last week when I was 13 weeks and 2 days.

I found out today 11w2d. It wasn't through ultrasound. It was blood work for our genetic testing.
