Yeast infection?

I have what seems to be a yeast infection. Itching at the opening of my vagina and mild burning. I am in two day of the three day treatment with no change. I am also concerned because my nipples hurt extremely bad. I took one at home pregnancy test that was negative. There is no change this could be std related.

I found out I was pregnant because I had an yeast infection, it was seriously the worst pain ever. I had started with itching and a Lil burning and then my vagina got swollen and raw.  I told my cousin about it and and she said she had the same thing when she was pregnant so I tested and came positive 2 days before period.. They gave me a few meds and they really didn't do anything.  I had it almost my whole pregnancy.

I also had started using summers eve recently and stopped after the itching started.
