Need ideas!

I recently moved on a very very short notice and I'm on a very tight budget. I can't afford pots and pans or a microwave right now so I'm limited to what I can put in the oven. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes or ideas that you are willing to share. I'm just getting tired of frozen pizza. Lol Thanks in advance. *~Please no bashing~*
