Lump in Breast.

Let me start out by tell you about myself. 25 AMD married with 3 beautiful kids and TTC #4. I went to my ob/gyn yesterday because I had some pain on the side of my breast after wearing this new bra on Sunday. My Dr. Checked it and said it was sore pinched tissue from my bra. And decided to give me a breast exam to ease my nerves a little. During the exam he stopped and asked for my hand and placed it on the same breast but on the top and said "do you feel that?" I did feel it. It was a medium sized lump. IM HORRIFIED!!!!! I can't stop crying about it and I don't even know what it is yet. He said he thought it could be a fibroid and to wait and see if it would go away after my period. I really don't know how to feel?! Has anybody ever experienced anything like this? :(
