Confused

I'm new to this, my last period was feb 23 or 24 and ended March 2. I ovulated March 12-17. So, I still haven't had a period, my ovulation day is April 9-14. I was in the hospital for a UTI, before I took a pregnancy test it was negative, I'm bloating I have craving. Last time I took a pregnancy test was last month. I have an appointment tomorrow. But I'm so confused. Cause I have had a period.
