Spd !!!

Abbey • Thu, Apr 09 • Been with James for 5 1/2yrs <3 Has 2yr old daughter x pregnant with 2nd monster :) x 2015 is my year !!!!!

1st pregnancy I got spd at 6 weeks.

2nd pregnancy (now 5 weeks) I think I'm getting my spd bk can't go to midiwife or doctors until I'm 10 ish weeks x does anyone no how to ease the pain in my hips x
