Why would a post be removed?

In controversy corner, where apparently anything goes, isn't it wrong to remove a post?

Because it's attacking a person or group of people, it's rude, against TOS... If you're talking about that athiest post, it was attacking Christians...

Attacking a belief or religion is just rude and not a debate.
We're a debate group, not a hate group.

Attacking a group like that is never okay if this is about the athiest post. Am I athiest? Yes. Was that post uncalled for? Yes. I definitely don't want to be associated with whomever posted it. 
Don't say "screw the Christians" don't perpetuate hate against a particular religion. Don't hate at all. 
There are quite a few lovely religious ladies on here and it irks me that the poster showed such disrespect to them.

I had a similar post removed. I posted a fun quiz on easter about "zombie Jesus". It must have made too many christians upset. Sigh. It is very frustrating. 😧
