Staying on track with exercise

What are some simple things you do or use to help you stay motivated with your exercise routine? I was losing weight good from walking daily on my treadmill, but for the last couple of months I had slacked off then completely stopped all together and have gained back the weight I had lost.

I'm not looking for judgment just any helpful tips you may use or know of.
