Too sensitive?

My bf tends to make comments about my body. He says he is joking but it always hurts my feelings. He also will sometimes talk about our sex life and make jokes about it in public. Is ok for me to say that it bothers me? I don't want sound like a prude I just don't like sharing our love life with his buddies.

Yes, it's ok for you to say it bothers you. Even if he is indeed joking. Tell him that you don't feel comfortable when he talks about your sex life either in public. If he can't respect your feelings and decisions then go from there

My husband did that to me when we first started dating and I put a stop to it. at first I would wait till we were alone to say something but then I just started calling him out infront of his friends and would tell him "um excuse me but that is private and non of their business" I got to where I keep our sex life very vanilla until he learned to keep his mouth shut. In his defense he dated trashy women before he met me and they didn't care what people knew. He now knows he has a lady in the streets and a freak in the bed and that's how it stays.
