Constipation and SCH
I have awful constipation because I am on progestrone due to a large subbcorrianc hemmorhage. I have tried everything! Senakot, prunes, Metamucil, fiber rich foods!!!! EVERYTHING! But without fail every evening I have gas pains and severe bloat. Please help what can I do. I don't want to strain pushing because I don't want to make the bleed bigger! Help!
