I'm 15 and found a bill from a pathology laboratory for a tissue test done on me in 2006 and really would like to get the information about it. There was no information on the results or the disease it was testing for, just the amount needed to be paid for the test. My mother doesn't care to help me get it and doesn't remember it anyways even after I showed her the bill. Is there anyway I could get information on it myself as a minor? I live in North Carolina in the United States if that helps any.
